How To Make An Appointment
The fastest way to make an appointment is by calling or texting me directly at 217-621-1330. If I am in a session and unable to answer, please leave a message when you call. I aim to return calls and texts within 24 hours, unless I am out of town or ill. If you prefer you can also request an appointment with the form here, but it may take me longer to get back to you.
Office Hours
I see clients Mondays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays 8 a.m. to noon. The sessions are 50 minutes long.
Insurance
I accept a wide range of insurance including Health Alliance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna. I also file as an out-of-network provider for additional insurance companies. See below for a full list of all insurance companies that I am in network for.
